Each lease contract is different from the next. Our containers are all high quality Marine grade units.

Leasing has become an attractive option due to the high cost of standard refrigeration rooms. An equivalent sized room offering similar features to our units will cost in the order of R70 000 to R80 000 (2005 pricing). During a lease contract, we are responsible for making sure it’s doing the job correctly.

Maintenance costs on most refrigeration systems are high. We provide skilled repair services in-house and thus are able to not just lease the units to you, but also maintain them in perfect working condition, all at our own cost. All units have food grade Stainless Steel interiors, with aluminium “T” bar floors. These features aid in keeping the units hygienically clean when used in the storage of foodstuffs.
At present all our lease units are Carrier Analogue or Digital Micro Link 2 units that afford peace of mind when it comes to reliability and accuracy in maintaining high degrees of temperature control. We cater for long-term contracts (longer than one year), short-term contracts for special functions and seasonal contracts for requirements such as harvesting on farms.
